Francesca trained as an Interior designer at the KLC School of Design in London after studies in Specialist Decoration in England and Venetian plasterwork in Italy.
Francesca’s portfolio includes a range of high–end projects in Africa, Italy, England and Australia ranging from redecoration to complete structural refurbishment.
Based in Africa, Francesca has also cooperated as Interior Design consultant for her father’s international architectural firm; Claudio Modola Architectural Design, successfully managing the implementation of number of both residential and commercial schemes.
Francesca’s love for African Swahili chic and green solutions mean that where possible she strives to utilise locally available materials and decoration pieces, chosen on the base of a sophisticated aesthetic approach in coordination with her clients, in order to create a striking interior which exudes a strong sense of presence.
Whilst the element of simplicity in design may appear instinctive, achieving simplicity requires skill, attention to detail, discipline and effort.
Vianello Modola Design is based on the philosophy that structure, function, proportion, geometry, balance, light, texture and colour must all be sensibly and naturally considered in order to create a harmonious scheme and calm, relaxing space with a unique identity.
“Simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication”
